Verfügbarkeiten stehen auf der Home-Seite. Zimmer oder Wohnungen stehen zu anderen Zeiten nicht zur Verfügung. Bitte beachten Sie, ob es sich um eine Frauen- oder Gemischt-WG handelt. Für eine Anmietung werden folgende Unterlagen per E-Mail an Anfrage benötigt:

• Mieterauskunftsformular,
• Kopie Immatrikulationsbescheinigung (nur wenn Sie Studentin sind),
• Kopie Praktikanten-, Arbeitsvertrag, Gehaltsbescheinigung, Sperrkonto o. ä. (wie wird die Miete sichergestellt?),
• Identitätsnachweis.

Nach Erhalt der Unterlagen wird der Vertrag erstellt und Ihnen per E-Mail zugesandt. Solange dieser nicht bestätigt wurde, kommt kein Mietvertrag zustande und eine anderweitige Vermietung bleibt vorbehalten.

Availabilities you find on the home page. Rooms or apartments are not available at other times. Please note whether this is a mixed or female shared flat. For a rental, the following documents are required by e-mail to Anfrage:

• Completed information form,
• Copy of certificate of enrollment (only if you are a student),
• Copy of internship contract, employment contract, salary certificate, blocked account or similar (how is the rent secured?),
• Proof of identity.

After receiving it, we will make the contract and send it to you, pls. sign and send it back then. Only when the apartment is handed over the identity card must be presented with the current registration address for checking the specified data.
